Join renowned sound practitioners Sara Auster and Alex Falk for a deeply immersive ASM Sound Bath – a space for rest, reflection, and renewal.
Rooted in the Auster Sound Method (ASM), this experience is a guided practice of listening that cultivates Presence, Awareness, Union, Stillness, and Expansion. Through intentional sequencing, harmonic relationships, and full-body listening, ASM works with sound as a therapeutic medium to support nervous system regulation and inner awareness.
Guided by the resonant tones of singing bowls, gongs, and other harmonic instruments, you’ll be invited to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect—both within yourself and to the space around you.
This ASM Sound Bath offers a supportive environment to release tension, quiet the mind, and access a state of greater ease and attunement.
No experience necessary—just bring an open mind, an open heart, and a willingness to receive.
Each participant will receive a complimentary 14-day trial of the PAUSE app.
